CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

By registering for and using the 6ID services (the website https://6id.ru, the “6ID” mobile application, and any related products, hereinafter referred to as the “Services”), acting freely, of my own will and in my own interests, and accepting the terms of the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy, I hereby give my consent to Atasora Limited Liability Company (OGRN 1245200032956, INN 5260498203, registered address: 13a Bolshaya Pecherskaya St., Nizhny Novgorod, Nizhny Novgorod Region, 603000, Russian Federation) and its affiliated entities (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) to process my personal data, including special categories of personal data, under the following conditions:
1. Purposes of Processing:
·identification and authentication within the Services, creation and maintenance of an Account (Digital Cosmetic Bag, Aesthetic Passport, including analysis of skin condition over time based on uploaded photographs);
·performance of obligations under the User Agreement;
·provision of customer and technical support;
·improvement of the quality of the Services, conducting analytical and statistical research;
· ensuring security and preventing fraud;
·sending informational messages related to the operation of the Services (non-promotional in nature);
· personalization of skincare recommendations (product selection, identification of ingredient conflicts, compatibility assessment) using artificial intelligence algorithms;
· synchronization with physical activity and health data from Apple Health / Google Fit (subject to my separate permission granted through the device settings) for advanced analytics and implementation of a longevity approach.
2. List of Personal Data:
·mobile phone number;
·email address (if voluntarily provided);
·name or pseudonym (nickname);
·date of birth (if voluntarily provided);
·city of residence;
·data relating to actions performed within the Services (history of added products, usage statistics, visited pages);
· technical data: IP address, device type, operating system, advertising platform identifiers (IDFA, GAID), cookies (excluding Strictly Necessary cookies);
·anonymized data collected through Yandex.Metrica and other analytics systems.
3. List of Special Categories of Personal Data for Which Consent Is Given:
· photographs of my face and/or individual areas of my skin uploaded by me to the Services;
· skin condition data (skin type, sensitivity, concerns, skincare goals) entered by me in questionnaires or obtained through the analysis of photographs;
· health data (steps, physical activity, sleep, heart rate, and other indicators) obtained from Apple Health / Google Fit (subject to my separate permission).
4. List of Actions Performed with Personal Data: Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), retrieval, use, anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction, as well as analysis using artificial intelligence algorithms for the purposes specified in Clause 1.
5. Methods of Processing: Both automated and non-automated processing methods may be used.
6. Term of Validity and Withdrawal Procedure: This consent shall remain effective from the moment it is provided until the termination of personal data processing due to the achievement of the processing purposes or the withdrawal of this consent.
I have been informed that I may withdraw my consent at any time by sending written notice to support@6id.ru with the subject line “Withdrawal of Consent to Personal Data Processing.”
Withdrawal of consent may result in the inability to use certain functionalities of the Services, including continued use of the Aesthetic Passport features related to photograph analysis and the personalization of recommendations based on health data.
7. Special Notice:I understand and acknowledge that the 6ID Service is not a medical organization, does not provide medical services, and does not make diagnoses.
The analysis of photographs and health data is provided solely for informational and recommendation purposes.
8. I confirm that I have reviewed the Privacy Policy (https://6id.ru/_privacy) and the User Agreement (https://6id.ru/_terms), as well as my rights as a personal data subject provided for in Chapter 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data.
